Pupil Leadership

“The Pupil Leadership team is a group of 8 pupils including the Head Girl and the two Deputy Head Girls who work with the Senior Leadership team to come up with new ideas to improve the school.”

“My name is Elise and I am Head Girl for this academic school year. I am delighted to have been given this position, and during my time I hope to make many positive changes here at Greenbank, as well as being approachable for younger pupils.”

Elise, Year 11.

“I’m Freya, deputy head girl at Greenbank High School. I took up the position of Deputy head girl to assist our head girl in making this school a better place for everyone. Greenbank has offered me numerous opportunities such as Duke of Edinburgh award scheme, literacy leaders, house captain and many many more. I also wish to be a role model for the younger years and those yet to join Greenbank.”

Freya, Year 11.

“I have taken on the role of Deputy Head Girl this year at Greenbank in order to make a positive contribution to our school community. In my opinion this is an excellent opportunity for me and the rest of the Pupil Leadership Team to develop vital skills that will help us to take on further leadership roles in the future. So far, my role has included acting as an ambassador for the school at events such as Open Evening and primary school visits. Over the next year I hope to work with our Head Girl and the rest of the team to help Greenbank continue to be an enjoyable environment where all students can flourish both academically and in other areas.”

Amy, Year 11.
