Greenbank High School students are once again celebrating excellent results with high achievement throughout  the curriculum.

Mr Ian Raikes, Headteacher of Greenbank High School commented, “ We are amazed at the progress that pupils of all abilities have made since their start at Greenbank.  We are extremely proud of the girls who were always determined to both achieve in their studies and their personal development through the wide range of enrichment opportunities our staff offer that leads to their love of school.  Once again the girls have exceeded national expectations with their very strong performance across all the subjects they studied. These achievements could not happen without the determination and hard work of students and staff. Well done to everyone and we look forward to celebrating the students’ success at Awards Evening in November.  Good luck to all our students in the next stage of their education.”

80% of our students gained 5 or more 9-4 grades with 23% of the cohort gaining 5 or more 9-7 grades in the more challenging GCSEs that are now in place across the board.
