Vision
Greenbank High School is a centre of excellence for learning and impeccable behaviour, which helps to ensure all pupils are able to succeed and develop to their full potential. We aim to develop pupils as responsible and independent learners through following ‘The Greenbank Way’, our school expectations for learning which ensure that all learners can progress and thrive.

Our behaviour curriculum is delivered through discreet lessons every fortnight, and pupils are taught explicitly the values which underpin our expectations for behaviour and what good behavior for learning looks like. The importance of routines for earning is emphasised to ensure that the learning environment is positive and productive so that all of our learners can thrive.
The ‘Greenbank Way’ means that every pupil is expected to:-
• be respectful at all times
• be organised at all times
• show an impeccable attitude to learning at all times.
